Our Policies:

Privacy: We do not sell your name to any third parties for any reason. Your information stays with us expressly. Items shipped to you will be in plain packaging with no reference to lingerie on it whatsoever. If we ship from our vendors it will be a account style company name with such as Cent152 or something like that. Your billing will show up from Centex Web Enterprises..

Payments: Your payment will be processed through Paypal. You may either use your Paypal account or use their system like a standard debit./credit processor. It is highly secure and safe. They are one of the most secure processors in the business. We do not store your information on our servers. We do not know your credit card number. All we know is what you ordered and where to send it. Even this information is sent to Paypal encrypted. We are PCI compliantj.

Exhcanges: If we or our vendors make a mistake and send you the wrong item size, color extra. We will arrange for a return and replace the item if you wish with the correct one. If you missized what you wanted then we will exchange the item with you once where you pay the shipping to us for the return and we ship it back to you. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to 10% restock fee.

Returns:  If you got the item and didn't like it and wish to return it we will refund the cost of the item (not the shipping) less a 10% restock fee. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the item. We also must be told that the return is coming to us, a simple email is sufficient.

Special Occasions:  If you have a special occasion you are planning for let us know as far in advance as possible. If you wait til the last minute we may not be able to take care of your special needs. It can take 1-2 weeks to get you your items. Sometimes faster but not all vendors ship direct and not all do overnight. Plan ahead.....pleasssseee
